All requests are reviewed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable local and international laws.

 

1. Requirements for Valid Service

To ensure the efficiency of the legal process and to maintain the security of our community, official service of Court Orders, Subpoenas, Search Warrants, or equivalent legal/administrative documents must be submitted electronically.

Service is only considered legally valid and "received" by our department if it adheres to the following strict criteria:

  • Jurisdictional Authority: The legal process must be issued by a valid Court of Law or a recognized administrative authority with competent jurisdiction over the matter.

  • Operating Entity: All documents must be correctly addressed to our primary operating entity: ShakeSugar.

  • Case Identification: The request must include the official Case Reference Number or Investigation ID, clearly stated in the subject line of the communication.

  • Specific Identifiers: To prevent processing delays or the production of incorrect data, requests must include specific digital identifiers. This includes, but is not limited to, full URLs (direct links to specific profiles or content) and associated email addresses.

 

2. Official Submission Method

For security and tracking purposes, we do not accept legal process via standard postal mail or general support tickets. All official legal documents must be attached in PDF format and sent to the following dedicated address:

Please note: This address is reserved for official communication. Submissions that do not include valid legal documentation from an authorized agency will not be processed through this channel.

 

3. Emergency & Exigent Circumstances

If your request involves a situation involving an immediate and serious inquiry, we provide an expedited review process.

In such cases, please mark your email subject line as "EMERGENCY". Our Legal Department monitors the inbox for this specific keyword 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We prioritize these requests to ensure that law enforcement has the necessary information to prevent imminent harm. Please provide a brief summary of the exigent circumstances and a direct, 24/7 callback number for the investigating officer.

 

4. Content Removal & DMCA

For urgent removal of content that violates our Terms of Service or infringes upon intellectual property rights, please utilize our automated tools rather than a general data request:

  • Content Removal: Use the "Content Removal Request" link found in the site footer. Valid reports are acted upon immediately following email verification.

  • DMCA Notices: Copyright holders or their authorized agents should submit formal takedown notices via the DMCA link in the footer to ensure swift protection of rights.

 

5. Administrative Costs & Reimbursement

In accordance with applicable law, ShakeSugar reserves the right to seek reimbursement for the actual costs incurred in researching, gathering, and producing records in response to legal processes.

  • Cost Estimates: For high-complexity requests involving extensive data retrieval or forensic analysis, we will provide a cost estimate prior to processing.

  • Payment Requirements: We reserve the right to require advance payment based on a reasonable estimate of the necessary administrative costs. Costs are calculated based on the volume of data, the time required for research, and the resources utilized for production.
